Rene Marie Russo is an American actress filmmaker and former supermodel. Rene Marie Russo, born in the United States, is an actor, director and former supermodel. Her fame is based on her elegance beauty. Her long-standing presence in a highly competitive industry shows her skills and talent as a performer. She began modeling in the 70s. In the next few years, she was one of the most sought-after models. After completing her acting studies, Russo began her career as a model at the age of Los Angeles. Russo made her screen debut on ABCs drama series Sable in 1987 as the character of Eden Kendell. She was Tom Berengers' love interest two years later in Major League, her debut film. Critics, initially skeptical of her performance skills however, eventually became convinced by her continuous work. They especially loved her in Wolfgang Petersens Outbreak in which she held herself against the likes that of Dustin Hoffman and Morgan Freeman. However by her own admission she's never really been a passionate in acting. In 2005 she decided to take a long, self-imposed pause. She then made a comeback by playing a character in the movie about superheroes Thor. She also appeared in Nightcrawler the film that her husband received the Oscar for. Then she went on to play in light-hearted comedies such as The Intern and Just Getting Started.

Rose Namajunas has been one of UFC's most prominent female athletes. Her professional journey began as an amateur athlete participating in various regional promotion before signing with Invicta Fighting Championships. And later she joined Ultimate Fighting Championships. Due to her successes in and outside the octagon, Namajunas has been a household word since joining UFC. Namajunas was born on June 29th, 1992 at Milwaukee Wisconsin. The fighter was born into a Lithuanian family. Rose participated in many sports as a child, including basketball and Kickboxing. Her first appearance as a professional aged 18 at the Invicta Fighting Championships, where she was able to win two bouts by submission. It caught the attention of Dana White who signed her to be a part of the UFC Strawweight in December 2014 at just twenty-two years of age. Rose has been through highs as well as lows during her career yet she always emerges triumphant. Rose fought Carla Esparza on April 15 of 2015 to win the Women s Strawweight Championship. Rose defeated Esparza via a technical knockout within less than 3 minute of the Round One. Rose not only got the title, but also was recognized as Fighter Of The Night. Rose was also able to make MMA history by winning this fight as she became the first female to fight to win the title of champion within any major organization. Namajunas then went on to win a few other fights. She also beat Joanna Jedrzejczyk two times, which earned two Performance Of The Night awards from UFC.
